DESCRIPTION:The 3rd Friday of September is the official day of rememberence
  of our prisoners of war and missing in action soldiers. Generally\, our l
 ocal VFW\, Marine Corps League and American Legion will hold an official c
 eremony on the closest Saturday to the third Friday of September.\n\nThat 
 ceremony has been held for the past few years at the Flags at District 26\
 , the Elk Grove Community Center\, at 10:00 am.
