DESCRIPTION:Feb. 3 marks the anniversary of the sinking of the United Sta
 tes Army Transport Dorchester and the selfless acts of four Army chaplains
  aboard during World War II. The four chaplains\, also known as the "Immor
 tal Chaplains" or the "Dorchester Chaplains\," represented three faiths: C
 atholic\, Jewish and Protestant.\n\nOur local American Legion\, in partner
 ship with the VFW and the Marine Corps League will hold the next annual ce
 remony at the Veterans Hall on the 8th of February\, 2025.
